Hinteres Kreuzjoch

The tour starts directly at the Zollhäuschen and follows the Zandersbach to the Fließer Alpe (2003 m) for approx. 1 to 1.5 hours, mostly along the road, and continues over beautiful alpine pastures to the Fließer-Stieralpe (2290 m).

From the Fließer-Stieralpe, the route continues northwards over beautiful hilly terrain. Steeper passages can be easily bypassed. The most favourable route for the summit ascent is clearly visible. A little east of the summit, a few hairpin bends take you to the ridge and along it to the summit. The last few metres to the summit are usually tackled without skis.

The descent usually follows the ascent route. The extensive terrain offers plenty of space for your own tracks.
