Climbing and bouldering on the Alp Trida

In the Family Climbing and Bouldering Park on Alp Trida, Switzerland, idyllically located on the Milbach, 9 boulders and a climbing rock await you, each one can be conquered on many different routes - an ideal terrain for beginners and professionals. The entrance to the climbing park is directly at the valley station of the Flimsattelbahn N1.

If that's not enough, you can enjoy the two via ferratas on the Flimspitz and Greitspitz. There are other attractions in the vicinity of the climbing park: Monster scooters are available for rent, which are perfect for the rapid descent of the two flow trails from Viderjoch and Alp Trider Sattel. The starting point of the flow trails can be reached comfortably by chairlift.

Things to know

Opening hours

The Family Climbing and Bouldering Park is open daily from 8.30 am to 3 pm during the summer season. In case of rain, the Family Climbing and Bouldering Park remains closed.

Climbing for families

Climb all routes secured by a rope. Belaying is easy and secured via a type of via ferrata. You will receive an introduction to belaying when you rent the equipment on the Alptrider Sattel.

Bouldering

Bouldering fans can climb the rocks without a belay. In addition to the defined routes, many more are available. Bouldering mats can be rented on site.

Catering

Drinks and grilled sausages can be bought at the sports centre on the Alptrider Sattel. The panorama restaurant Alptrider Sattel is located right next to the mountain station of the double-decker cable car.
