Beschreibung
The tour starts in the center of Sent, where the first signpost to Sinestra also points. You have to follow them. The natural road is quite flat at first, you drive through the meadows of Sent and then soon come into the forest. Here the road begins to climb slightly. When you come to the first intersection, you have to choose the left road, the signpost points to Chavriz Grond/Alp Pra san Flurin. Now you are on the right road and can follow it until the natural road goes down. As soon as the road becomes flat again you have to observe well where the small wooden signpost stands. This points to Sinestra. This is where the single trail begins. First you drive a few curves and then you race over the old Hotel Val Sinestra back in the direction of Sent. The single trail ends at a gorssen iron bridge. Continue on the natural road in the direction of Sent. The path from here is flat and rather descending. At the intersection you come back on the same path as on the way there and drive to Sent, where you started the tour.

- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or over the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine on H27, to Sent
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria in the direction of Reschenpass, to Martina on the H27 to Crusch and then up to Sent.
From the south: via Reschen Pass to Martina, then direction St. Moritz on the H27 to Crusch and then up to Sent
