Third stage of the National Park Bike Tour from Livigno over the Chaschauna Pass down to S-chanf.

Beschreibung
The route first leads into the Valle Federia, before a gravel road zigzags up to the Rifugio Cassana. Shortly thereafter, the Chaschauna Pass is reached. Sufficient time should be allowed here. The following descent runs on the newly developed, flowing single trail to Alp Chaschauna, where there is probably the best apple strudel. From here, the trail joins the alpine road that leads to S-chanf. At Vaüglia Suot you cross the bridge and into the forest. Shortly thereafter, S-chanf, the end point of the 3rd stage, is reached.

The tour was evaluated in favorable weather conditions, the current weather conditions and weather forecasts must be observed before the start of the tour. This tour does not place any special demands on driving safety and driving skills.

Be considerate when crossing and overtaking hikers. Most of the Graubünden mountain bike routes run on single trails, which are also signposted as hiking trails. Hikers always have the right of way.
