Tschierv is located about 27 km from Zernez and 12 km from the Italian border. Very nice detached house "Kuntner", 3 storeys, built in 1999, surrounded by meadows. In the centre of the village, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, beautiful garden to relax. Playground. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking lot. Nearby is the shop, restaurant, bar, café about 300 m, bus stop, in summer a heated outdoor swimming pool 300 m. The Minschuns ski area can be easily reached with the free ski bus about 4 km away. Fantastic ski slopes and a valley run up to approx. 50m from the front door await you in Minschuns. In the sports shop, which is a 5-minute walk away, you can rent sledges, skates, cross-country skis and ski equipment. From the Minschuns ski area you can also experience a great toboggan run, which runs over Alp Champatsch down to Tschierv. The cross-country ski trail is also right outside the front door. If conditions allow, the ice rink will also be maintained. Nearby attractions: UNESCO Monastery of St. John in Müstair, National Park, Manufactura Tessandra, Chasa Jaura in Valchava and the Biosfera.
