Chasa Uleiva is located in a sunny and quiet location, right in the heart of the charming village of Samnaun-Compatsch.
The free Samnaun bus stops just a few steps from our house and takes you directly to the valley station. From there you start into a ski area that is second to none - and at the end of the day you ski right up to our front door.
An in-house parking space is available free of charge, as well as a lockable ski room.
Arrival is possible at any time of the day (key deposit) - a code will be given to you before your arrival.
The guest apartment has a separate entrance and includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with living area.
Restaurants, après-ski bars, shopping facilities and the Alpenquell adventure pool are only a few minutes away.
Do you need something during your stay that is not listed here (e.g. a washing facility or similar)?

Preise
The following services are to be paid directly on site:- Visitor's tax winter: CHF 4.00 /day/person (children up to 16 years do not pay visitor's tax)- Visitor's tax summer: CHF 4.00 /day/person (includes all-inclusive package with free use of the mountain railways, local bus, weekly program according to notice and adventure pool with sauna area)- Final cleaning: CHF 130.--
On request, you can order fresh bread rolls every day. Please note the separate price list.
