The Heidelberger Hut has stood southwest of Samnaun in the extensive Fimba Valley (Val Venga) at 2264 m above sea level, directly below the imposing Fluchthorn, since 1889.
With the "1850 Samnaun" we have created a beer that is available in the entire Samnaun Valley. It is a drinkable beer full of character. For each bottle sold, 52 centimes go to a tourist infrastructure project in Samnaun.
Snow fell during the night, then the sky cleared - Samnaun is in for a glorious winter's day. Hans Kleinstein has been on his feet since 4:00 a.m. to ensure safe slopes. Now he drives his snowmobile to Palinkopf, where he blasts the last avalanches. At 8:00 a.m., all the slopes have to be ready.
