Distance: 46.5 km

Altitude uphill: 2,930 m

Altitude downhill: 1,911 m

The longest stage requires 46.5 km of stiff calves and stamina. Between Landeck and Samnaun everything is offered, from the wide forest road to lonely paths and pathless passages in the high mountains. Anyone who has reached the highest point, the almost 2,800 m high Ochenscharte, after more than 30 kilometers, can look forward to a fantastic panorama but not to a leisurely descent to the finish. Because the last steadily slightly rising kilometers before Samnaun have it all again.

Navigation clock with stored GPS track or alternatively detailed route maps of the respective stage in printed version (output in the registration)

Running backpack

Mobile phone with stored Medical Crew number for making emergency calls (it must be ensured that the mobile phone can also make calls abroad such as Austria or Italy)
