Buffalora - Jufplaun

The path leads slightly uphill over the alpine meadows to Alp Buffalora and then a short steeper climb up to Buffalora. From here it is only slightly up and down. On the plateau there are wonderful panoramic views in the direction of Jufplaun - Piz Daint and the national park. If the ancient Swiss stone pines could report here, they would have a lot to tell. Especially in the first weeks of July, a wonderful alpine flora with the scent of flowers in the air can be seen here. Either a visit to the mine tunnels at Munt Buffalora or directly on to the Jufplaun fenland with its meandering Aua da Murtaröl. A view towards Alpe del Gallo - Livigno and further towards Mots, from where the Val Mora presents itself. This is the turning point and on the right side of the valley it goes back to the starting point.
